Our Vehicles

Our tours operate a variety of Ford Transit Passenger Vans and Mini-Vans. There are no washroom facilities on board the vans. It is essential that if you are travelling with a wheelchair or other mobility aid, that we be notified in advance to ensure our ability to transport.

Entry and Exit from the vehicles are through the passenger side for the Ford Transit Vans and on both the driver and passenger sides for the Mini-Vans. There are steps to get up into the passenger vans which are x inches and x cm in height. There are no steps required to enter the mini-vans and they are a standard height of x inches and x cm above ground level. There are grab bars at every entry/exit point.

Our vans are not wheelchair accessible, however, we have space in the rear of the vehicle to take a small scooter, walker, or foldable wheelchair. Guests should be able to get off and on the bus independently or with the assistance of a travelling companion. Our guides are not able to offer physical assistance when boarding or disembarking from the vans at any point on the tour.

Commentary & Language

All tours are guided by English-speaking guides. We do not supply any written information about the tours. The guide will use a microphone and there are regular stops during the tour where you will have the opportunity to ask the guides about any information you may have not heard.
